The pebble embossed aluminum sheet is obtained by processing mill finished aluminium sheet through embossing rollers with pebble patterns. Sheet reflectivity is reduced in this way, because the embossed surface diffuses light. In addition, embossed sheets display a unique beauty with designed patterns on them. Therefore, pebble embossed aluminum sheets are usually applied in decoration and products requiring low reflectivity. Generally speaking, the most popular aluminum alloys for embossed sheets are 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100, 3003, 3105. All the alloys have relatively low strength in comparison with other series. 1xxx series of alloys are of the lowest hardness of all. Their manufacturing processes are simpler and maturer, so they cost less as well. 3xxx show harder strength and better corrosion resistance.

The thickness of pebble embossed aluminum sheet we supply ranges from 0.2 to 0.75mm. The base plate is usually between 0.15 and 0.50mm thick and embossing layer from 0.08 to 0.25mm deep. The surface can be mill finished, bright finished, anodized and color coated. Anodized sheets have stronger corrosion resistance, suitable for application in moist environments like fridges, air conditioners, water pipes, ships and vessels etc. Color coated pebble embossed aluminum sheets are usually anodized at first, otherwise the painting would peal off more easily. They are featured by stronger decorative effect and thus widely applied in exterior and interior decoration, furniture, vehicle and domestic items.
